VibeHigher™ 7-Day Free Challenge

By registering for, accessing, or participating in the VibeHigher™ 7-Day Free Challenge (“Challenge,” “Program,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Nature of the Program

The VibeHigher™ 7-Day Free Challenge is an educational and personal development experience designed to support self-awareness, reflection, and personal growth.

The Challenge:

• Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
  
  
  

• Does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
  
  
  

You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You take full responsibility for your participation
  
  
  

• You understand this is not a substitute for professional care
  
  
  

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that:

• Any practices, reflections, or exercises are optional
  
  
  

• You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being
  
  
  

• You will stop participation if anything feels unsafe or inappropriate for you
  
  
  

You assume all risks associated with participation, known or unknown.

4. Written Responses & Submissions

During the Challenge, you may be invited to submit written responses, reflections, or answers inside the app.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Submissions are visible to the Challenge facilitator/administrator
  
  
  

• Responses cannot be viewed again by you after submission
  
  
  

• Responses are not visible to other participants
  
  
  

• Submissions are used for program review, educational insight, and experience quality only
  
  
  

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, medical, psychological, legal, or financial information.

5. No Guarantees or Results Promised

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, transformations, or benefits.

Any examples, testimonials, or experiences shared:

6. Intellectual Property

All Challenge materials—including but not limited to:

Are the intellectual property of VibeHigher™ and may not be:

• Reproduced
  
  
  

• Shared
  
  
  

• Distributed
  
  
  

• Recorded
  
  
  

• Sold
  
  
  

• Repurposed

7. Confidentiality & Community Integrity

You agree to:

• Respect the privacy of the facilitator and any other participants
  
  
  

• Not share or disclose Challenge content outside the Program
  
  
  

• Not misrepresent the Challenge, facilitator, or materials
  
  
  

Harassment, misuse, or disruptive behavior may result in removal.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any participant
  
  
  

• Restrict access
  
  
  

• Discontinue the Challenge
  
  
  

At any time, for any reason, without notice, especially for violations of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Challenge may be delivered through third-party platforms or apps.

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages
  
  
  

• Data handling by third parties
  
  
  

• Platform-specific policies or limitations
  
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
